We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join a supportive Operations team who thrive on investigative and reconciliation work, possess strong analytical skills, and enjoy solving complex problems. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are critical.

Your future role within QRT includes: 

  • Perform daily Triparty Transactions and Positions reconciliations across QRT systems, Fund Administrators and Custodians for all QRT Funds.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies between internal records and external statements.
  • Communicate the reconciliation results to Fund Administrator for breaks resolution
  • Provide insights on reconciliation results, highlighting key trends and issues.
  • Utilize reconciliation tools and systems to automate and streamline reconciliation processes.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management and recommend solutions for process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, treasury, risk and IT to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of reconciliation procedures and best practices.
  • Assist in testing enhancements related to reconciliation processes.

Your present skillset:

  • Degree holder in Engineering, Finance or related disciplines
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Finance industry
  • Previous experience in Buy Side would be a plus
  • Excellent product knowledge on Bonds, IRS, FX, Options, Equities, Futures and OTCs
  • Self-motivated with positive and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English fluency required
