BTSE is seeking ambitious, motivated professionals to join our B2C and B2B teams.

Responsibilities:

  • A strategic member of the management office to support the growth and optimization of BTSE and cryptocurrency business verticals across the world, translating business goals into team-level strategies and execution plans.
  • Work directly with management to execute on various mission critical project based projects spanning Business Operations, Marketing, Investor Relations, Payments, and many more.
  • A competent, decisive, and optimistic team player with potential to be a future leader of the operation team that can rally many stakeholders to achieve a shared business goal.
  • Manage internal projects and tasks to make sure new projects/products run seamlessly with good quality within committed timeline with the end goal to improve business efficiency.
  • Drive and provide regular updates to the leadership council on the overall status and matters pertaining to the management office.
  • Iterate on business operations structure and work with various functional teams to firm up the corporate strategy by leveraging data of user behaviors, trading behaviors, macro and industry insights.
  • Monitor and study the overall fintech industry development to explore new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years work experience, including time spent in product management, project management, business operation office, or other relevant experience in fast moving environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin in reading, writing, and speaking is required.
  • Strong logical thinking capability to consume information and develop constructive and detailed project execution plans to solve real business problem.
  • Project management skills to interact with different stakeholders, to collect information, build up frameworks, and follow through the execution and monitoring of outcomes.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders, leadership team, and coworkers are crucial.
  • Passionate in financial technology industry and are eager to take new challenges to adopt market trends.
  • Appetite to take smart risks in a fast-moving fintech business environment.
  • Team player who doesn’t mind to roll up your sleeves to do the day-to-day work.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in fintech industry, such as payment or cryptocurrency is a plus.
  • Experience of implementing BI tools, such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Education from business administration or the relevant experience is a plus.
