The Operation Visual Designer will be responsible for overseeing creative operations and design processes including visual, UI, and interaction aspects. This role involves participation in pre-planning of operational activities, understanding business needs, and ensuring high-quality design outputs that align with user preferences and industry trends.

岗位-运营视觉设计师
- 岗位职责：
- 1、负责平台不同业务向的运营创意及�设计流程设计，�括视觉、UI、交互的环节把控；
- 2、参与运营活动的前期策划和需求讨论，从设计角度思考并产出多�化设计方案；
- 3、对业务有较好的理解能力，�注数据，能独立负责并跟进�流程的工作；
- 4、了解前沿的技术及海外设计趋势，研究目标用户审美倾向，制定符合体验且有创意的设计方案；
- 5、独立承�重点设计项目，主导整体视觉风格和创意设计方案，并保证项目落地质量。
- 任职要求：
- 1、设计类专业本科及以上学历，5年以上视觉设计经验，需�备活动�链路能力(不限视觉、UI、交互)，有产品思维优�；
- 2、了解海外产品，�备�球化视角分析，能根据不同国家地域及人文习俗把握视觉风格的输出；
- 3、熟悉设计常用软件，�括但不限于PS、AI、Figma、MJ、SD、C4D、AE等；
- 4、有逻辑能力，主动独立思考，善于沟通，有独立与业务、产研有效�合项目落地经验能力；
- 5、富有较强的团队协作精神，责任感强；
- 6、简历务�请附上个人作品集。
- 加分项：
- 1、有海外设计经验，对海外人群习俗了解
- 2、�备一定的英文基础沟通能力
