The Operations Executive will update freight data, perform contract settlements, prepare operational reports, calculate laytime, and handle commission payments.
Job Description
- Update of monthly freight by vessel in trading system.
- Perform settlement of paper contracts being washout and stringed.
- Prepare monthly operational reports such as stock balances & value, document turnround, CIF outturn and demurrage. Also, any other as requested.
- Laytime calculation for all shipments.
- Backup LC advising charge payment and collection.
- Processing of commission and brokerage payment on a monthly basis.
- Other duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.
