About The Role
Our Operations Excellence team is responsible in ensure that the projects that we oversee are operating in line with our established processes and procedures. We conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure that all our teams are working in sync with one another, and bring up potential issues to the attention of those responsible.
The candidate will be required to inspect multiple areas of a building, have a keen eye for detail, and have a holistic understanding of administrative, M&E, and customer experience in relation to the facilities management industry.
What You Will Be Doing
Perform site audits across the projects we manage, administers surveys, and prepare working papers that are aligned with internal audit standard
Analyse how risks can be mitigated, and identify the root cause of related issues
Communicates the audit findings via written reports to the site manager, which includes highlighting areas for improvement and recommendations for bridging performance gaps
Other ad-hoc duties relating to office facilities, and office administration (as and when necessary)
We’re Looking For Someone Who’s
Technical knowledge of M&E
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skill
Good writing skills
Strong organisational, analytical, and planning skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Exercise discretion and sound judgment
Exude a professional, corporate image and exercise a high level of integrity and work ethic at all times
