At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.

We’re looking for an Onboarding & Enablement Specialist who will deliver an exceptional first-year employee experience, combining human connection with AI-powered efficiency. They will design and facilitate high-touch onboarding for the first 90 days, maintain key touchpoints through the first year, introduce new hires to AI tools, and use AI-driven insights to continuously improve onboarding processes, materials, and engagement in partnership with teams across the business. Their AI-focus will not be limited to efficiency, but will also include delivering interactive AI experiences, resulting in a true AI-first onboarding program.

The Onboarding & Enablement Specialist will run the new hire experience from employee day one through their first year anniversary, with the majority of support for the first 90 days. This role will combine human connection with AI-powered efficiency to deliver a scalable, high-touch onboarding journey that fosters engagement, skill readiness, and long-term retention.

As an Onboarding & Enablement Specialist you’ll …

  • Deliver impactful onboarding programs by facilitating live and virtual sessions, coordinating welcome experiences, and ensuring alignment with company culture, values, and role expectations.
  • Leverage AI to enhance program management through automated scheduling, personalized communications, creation of learning resources and experiences, and generating onboarding analytics.

  • Foster first-year engagement through continued touch points, including 30/60/90-day check-ins, role-specific enablement, and one-year anniversary surveys and assessments

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

You’ll thrive as an Onboarding & Enablement Specialist if you:

  • Bring 4+ years of experience in onboarding, enablement, learning & development, or a related field.
