In this position you will....
be responsible for providing a full spectrum of account servicing for new and/or renewal business primarily for SME clients, marine cargo insurance and specialized product schemes in commercial insurance.

You will be responsible for…
- Supporting the servicing and management of SME clients and insurance programmes, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Handling client enquiries and providing responsive support across policy, coverage, and servicing matters
- Supporting renewals and portfolio retention, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong retention outcomes
- Preparing broking documentation including quotations, placement slips, cover notes, and policies
- Processing policy renewals, endorsements, and billing accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Working closely with insurers and internal teams to support policy placement and servicing
- Supporting claims coordination and follow-ups, ensuring timely updates and resolution for clients
- Supporting client onboarding, product rollout, and new business initiatives where required
- Assisting in premium collection follow-ups and maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Contributing to client relationship management and identifying opportunities for organic growth
- Maintaining strong turnaround time and operational efficiency in servicing delivery
- Performing other duties as assigned

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Diploma or university degree, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2–4 years of experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to general / commercial insurance
- Experience in SME clients and/or structured insurance programmes would be an advantage
- Relevant certification such as BCP / PGI / CGI preferred
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
