The role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Office & Operations Manager to take ownership of our Singapore office.
You will be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from daily office operations to events, vendors, and team support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, taking initiative, and is confident operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners
Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships (e.g. building management, suppliers, service providers)
Coordinate office catering, including daily meals, snacks, and beverages
Organize company events, team activities, and international trips
Support business travel arrangements and manage visa applications
Handle general office communication, including calls and emails.
Support HR processes, including onboarding new hires, assisting visiting colleagues, and maintaining personnel administration
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement more efficient ways of working

Who you are
3–5+ years of experience in a similar role (Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, EA/PA, or similar)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable operating independently and bringing structure to a growing environment
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Experience managing vendors and coordinating office operations
A team player who enjoys creating a positive and well-functioning workplace
Singaporean citizen or permanent resident
