This is not a traditional admin role. As Office Manager at LionsBot, you will oversee Singapore office operations, manage CEO travel logistics, and produce the company's bi-weekly internal newsletter. This is a high-trust, high-reliability role at the centre of the CEO Office — you are the person who ensures the office runs without escalation and 250 people across four countries stay informed and connected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Singapore Office Operations — Manage supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, visitor experience, and new hire administrative onboarding

  • CEO Travel Logistics — Plan and execute all CEO travel end-to-end: flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas, and pre-trip briefing packs delivered ≥48 hours in advance across multi-city, international itineraries

  • Internal Newsletter — Produce the bi-weekly internal newsletter: proactively gather content from all departments globally, draft copy and layout using the existing template, and manage the review-and-approval cycle with the COS

  • Logistics Correspondence — Handle logistics-related correspondence on behalf of the CEO Office

  • AI-Powered Workflows — Actively leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or equivalent) for drafting, research, and workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an office management or operations role

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-city, multi-country travel itineraries independently

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) — required for liaison with China operations

Working location: Changi (will be shifted to Punggol in May 2026)
