As an Office & Admin Manager, oversee administrative services, manage office procurements, organize events, support travel arrangements for leaders, and ensure confidentiality of documents.
What you will do:
As Office & Admin Manager, you will Supervises a variety of administrative services including but not limited to: office supply, equipment, and inventory procurement and management; mail and messenger services; records management; office cleaning and maintenance services; facilities management; reception and communication systems; and security services.
How you will do it:
- Provide full administrative on external / office vendor, support employee engagement and welfare- related to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise, organize and coordinate logistics support for engagement events and office activities, including company events, eg. Townhalls, renovations etc.
- Liaise with relevant parties to support domestic/ international travel arrangements for N-2 SEA Leaders, including visa, hotel bookings, vehicle hire, meal reservations etc.
- Manage administrative support, scheduling and agenda for senior leaders and senior stakeholders visiting Singapore.
- Ensure confidentiality of information when handling confidential documents
- Ad hoc tasks as and when assigned
What we are looking for:
- University degree/Diploma in any field
- 4-5 years relevant working experience with senior management or C-suite
- Meticulous and organised, strong sense of responsibility and pro-active
- Able to organize, multi-task, prioritize and a sense of urgency
- Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ownership mindset
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Able to work in a dynamic environment; adapts to changes in objectives and priorities proactively in response to changing business needs
