Netpoleon Solutions has offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, India, Australia, and New Zealand, with its parent company based in Japan.

We are currently inviting individuals to join our Singapore office. Candidates should have a strong analytical mind and possess excellent cybersecurity skills and knowledge. If you have these qualities, you will embark on an exciting career with us as we pursue our strategic expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Promoting sales and servicing existing clients based on requests and needs

•Maintaining accurate client records such as contact base

•Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

•Expedite the resolution of clients’ problems to maximize satisfaction

•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

•Developing strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty

•Prepare sales order, job sheets and marketing tracking necessities

•Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

•Minimum diploma in IT or Business Administration

•Minimum 1-year proven work experience as IT sales representative

•Commitment to excellent customer service

•Being proactive and goal-oriented

•Being resourceful and innovative

•Able to work independently with minimal supervision

•Possess relationship management skills and openness to feedback

•Team-oriented such as providing support and coordinates with sales team

•Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•Possess knowledge of Network / Security products is an added advantage

Other Information:

•Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

•Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experiences
