SUMMARY:  

Plans, designs, implements, and supports network systems, including configurations, supporting/troubleshooting network problems and coordinating across the infrastructure and corporate landscape.  

 

YOUR IMPACT  

  • Providing day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the network environment using appropriate network management tools, scripting, or equivalent. 

  • Foundational understanding of networking fundamentals - architectures, models, protocols, IP addressing, basic router/switch configurations, network security. 

  • Conducting triage and resolution of network issues and outages. 

  • Working on small projects and operational tasks 

  • Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders for network-related activities. 

  • Learning and adopting new technologies like SD-WAN, virtualization, automation tools. 

  • Continuously monitor and analyze network traffic usage. 

  • Other duties as assigned.  

  • Regular attendance is required. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:    

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. 

  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, customer service, problem solving,  

  • Written and communication skills, problem solving, time management, teamwork  

 

 

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field 

Pay Range:

$72,200.00 - $116,200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
