Role:- Network Engineer

Job Description

Must have:

· 3-5 years work experience in networking

· Manning of Network Support Desk

· Manage shift operations - Break rotation, tardiness, SOPs are followed

· Point contact for issues happening within his/her shift

· Ensuring proper shift handover

· Highlight any key shift issues or areas for improvement and provide recommendations on how to improve

· Manage escalation in accordance to defined process

· Liaise with service providers ensuring third party/supplier faults are cleared in a controlled and timely manner

· Supporting Skills - Cisco ASA Series, Cisco Router, Cisco Nexus Series

· Certification – CCNP
