Introduction

As a member of technical staff (MTS) in Reliability, you will need to perform stress test & evaluate the device/product lifecycle and highlight any failures or issues. Focus area is on memory device and CPI reliability. The candidate will provide support to the organization on reliability setup, test & analysis, work with vendor and support customer engagement.

Your Job:

  • Responsible for SRAM/Flash/NVM/OTP/MTP/eFUSE/CPI reliability setup & analysis, and handle PRM (Periodic reliability monitoring)
  • Work with customer/vendor to design & bring in hardware & software for reliability characterization.
  • Establish wafer and/or package level test methodologies and test program.
  • Support customer engagement in reliability aspects.
  • Provide reliability presentations for customer visit/audit.
  • Participate in reliability risk assessment meetings with customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Education - Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics) or Science.
  • Years of Experience - 5 years of relevant experience in reliability tests. 
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication.
  • Knowledge of MOS Device Physics and Reliability Statistics.
  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Team player with good people skills

  • Good technical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under tight project timeline
  • Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D is an advantage
