Position Description

We're looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX & Product Designer with a sharp eye for design and a passion for turning ideas into polished, user-centered experiences. You should be someone who thrives in the full design process — from initial concept all the way to final hand-off. The ideal candidate brings both creativity and structure, with hands-on experience in design systems and a strong foundation in UX research. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape products that are both functional and delightful to use.

Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered solutions from concept to delivery (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows) 
  • Conduct and analyze UX research (user feedback, usability tests, surveys, AB testing)   
  • Collaborate in the development and maintenance of scalable design systems      
  • Translate user needs and business goals into effective design outcomes  
  • Work cross-functionally with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and testing results
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in a UI/UX or Product Design role
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar
  • Experience working with or contributing to design systems
  • Hands-on involvement in UX research and usability testing
  • Strong understanding of UX   principles and human-centered design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) – comfortable communicating with international teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS products
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)
  • Familiarity with analytics or testing tools (Hotjar, UserTesting, Maze, Google Analytics)
  • Comfortable working in agile teams and participating in design critiques
