Responsibilities
Test Plan and Test Case writing for new Products and Projects
Write up bugs via JIRA Bug Tracking Tool
Participate in Bug Triage and Product Overviews
Learn and Write Test cases in Automation Tool
Execute tests via Automation Tool during Regression Cycle
Perform Functional and Regression testing during Sprints
Suggest Improvements to QA Process and Procedures
Learn and implement new ideas in AI for QA Department
Must Have Requirements
Experience creating and executing detailed test plans, test procedures, and test cases.
Experience with API tools such as PostMan, SoapUI, etc.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with peers, management and customers regardless of their background, experience, and ability to comprehend complex technical content.
Proficient in oral and written Spanish communication, including the ability to read a Spanish script and or listen to Spanish audio and detect incorrect grammar, punctuation and meaning and respond in Spanish.
Nice to have Requirements
Experience with Speech Recognition, Text to Speech, Natural Language Processing, Conversational Speech and Generative AI is a plus.
Experience with Automation tools such as Leap Works, Node Red, etc. is a plus
Experience writing SQL queries and NoSQL searches is a plus.
Experience working with a scripting language such as Python, PHP, etc. is a plus
