Responsibilities

  • Test Plan and Test Case writing for new Products and Projects

  • Write up bugs via JIRA Bug Tracking Tool

  • Participate in Bug Triage and Product Overviews

  • Learn and Write Test cases in Automation Tool

  • Execute tests via Automation Tool during Regression Cycle

  • Perform Functional and Regression testing during Sprints

  • Suggest Improvements to QA Process and Procedures

  • Learn and implement new ideas in AI for QA Department

Must Have Requirements

  • Experience creating and executing detailed test plans, test procedures, and test cases.

  • Experience with API tools such as PostMan, SoapUI, etc.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with peers, management and customers regardless of their background, experience, and ability to comprehend complex technical content.

  • Proficient in oral and written Spanish communication, including the ability to read a Spanish script and or listen to Spanish audio and detect incorrect grammar, punctuation and meaning and respond in Spanish.

    Nice to have Requirements

  • Experience with Speech Recognition, Text to Speech, Natural Language Processing, Conversational Speech and Generative AI is a plus.

  • Experience with Automation tools such as Leap Works, Node Red, etc. is a plus

  • Experience writing SQL queries and NoSQL searches is a plus.

  • Experience working with a scripting language such as Python, PHP, etc. is a plus
