Responsibilities
Build customer facing automation solutions using our Communications Automation Platform and AI-powered Workflows.
Develop code, scripts, custom reports, and other artifacts required to solve customer technical issues.
Contribute to design documents and participate in design reviews.
Be proactive and inquisitive in identifying and finding solutions to complex problems.
Work closely with key stakeholders including the customer, to develop solutions and designs.
Determine severity and impact of issues on the business and communicate status to Management.
Work both independently and with a group of highly skilled developers
Be flexible with work hours and schedule; provide on-demand support as needed.
Keep up to date on industry technical trends and new development methodologies to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Computing related field; equivalent work experience and/or relevant Programming Certifications may be considered.
Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, Speech Recognition, Text to Speech, Natural Language Processing.
Experience in utilizing generative AI (e.g., LLMs, generative image models) in inference and fine-tuning tasks.
At least 2 years of experience with Node JS/Angular JS/Express JS/React JS/Mongoose JS.
At least 2 years of experience implementing RESTful web APIs.
At least 2 years of experience working with web services (SOAP and REST) with JSON and XML.
At least 1 year of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL experience (e.g., MYSQL, MongoDB preferred).
At least 2 years of experience with Python, or other scripting languages (e.g. R, or similar).
Strong understanding and experience using OO design principles and test-driven development.
Nice-to-haves:
At least 1 year of experience in Sigma BI for reporting and dashboards.
At least 1 year of experience with Snowflake.
Experience in troubleshooting software issues.
Experience with Linux/Unix is a plus.
Experience with Cloud technologies is a plus ( Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud)
Experience with SOAP web services and XML is a plus
PHP development experience is a plus.
Git experience is a plus.
Docker experience is a plus.
