Responsibilities

  • Build customer facing automation solutions using our Communications Automation Platform and AI-powered Workflows.

  • Develop code, scripts, custom reports, and other artifacts required to solve customer technical issues.

  • Contribute to design documents and participate in design reviews.

  • Be proactive and inquisitive in identifying and finding solutions to complex problems.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders including the customer, to develop solutions and designs.

  • Determine severity and impact of issues on the business and communicate status to Management.

  • Work both independently and with a group of highly skilled developers

  • Be flexible with work hours and schedule; provide on-demand support as needed.

  • Keep up to date on industry technical trends and new development methodologies to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Computing related field; equivalent work experience and/or relevant Programming Certifications may be considered.

  • Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, Speech Recognition, Text to Speech, Natural Language Processing.

  • Experience in utilizing generative AI (e.g., LLMs, generative image models) in inference and fine-tuning tasks.

  • At least 2 years of experience with Node JS/Angular JS/Express JS/React JS/Mongoose JS.

  • At least 2 years of experience implementing RESTful web APIs.

  • At least 2 years of experience working with web services (SOAP and REST) with JSON and XML.

  • At least 1 year of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL experience (e.g., MYSQL, MongoDB preferred).

  • At least 2 years of experience with Python, or other scripting languages (e.g. R, or similar).

  • Strong understanding and experience using OO design principles and test-driven development.

Nice-to-haves:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Sigma BI for reporting and dashboards.

  • At least 1 year of experience with Snowflake.

  • Experience in troubleshooting software issues.

  • Experience with Linux/Unix is a plus.

  • Experience with Cloud technologies is a plus ( Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud)

  • Experience with SOAP web services and XML is a plus

  • PHP development experience is a plus.

  • Git experience is a plus.

  • Docker experience is a plus.
