Job Description:Calibrates and runs process equipment and processes in the fabrication environment. Determines and/ or follows techniques to trouble-shoot/ implement corrective action to bring process within control parameters. -Skill: Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
• Provides administrative or technical support at an intermediate level.
• Incumbents at this level are gaining or have attained full proficiency in their specific area of discipline
• Work routines are straightforward
• Developing understanding of technical aspects of the job
• Under close supervision may operate machinery
• Familiar with company policies and practices -Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
• Coordinates activities with other team members- Supervision: Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. -Experience: 2+ years of related experience
