We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in event management, business development experience within the financial services industry. The intern will contribute significantly to our business development efforts while gaining valuable exposure to industry practices.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing at least one KPI-related event.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for effective event logistics management.
- Support the creation of event materials such as invitations, agendas, and promotional content.
- Participate in post-event analysis and reporting to derive insights and improvements.
2. Social Media/Marketing Liaison Support:
- Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to facilitate social media and marketing activities.
3. Headcount Support for MLS/MFA Related Events:
- Provide logistical and administrative support for MLS (Manulife Singapore) and MFA (Manulife Financial Advisors) related events.
- Coordinate with event staff to ensure smooth event operations.
- Gather feedback from participants to contribute to the continuous improvement of future events.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to Commit from May 2026 to Aug 2026
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Some familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the financial services industry.
