In this role, you will:
- Perform maintenance activities according to procedures with good engineering practices.
- Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.
- Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment on areas under one's responsibility.
- Complete all assigned training on-time and also prior to work execution
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired results/KPIs
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- ITE or Diploma (Mechanical engineering or equivalent)
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Willing to work in 12 hours rotating shift.
- Willing to learn new things with positive work attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Fresh graduates are considered
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Background in Biopharma/API.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Ability to read and interpret detailed P&ID and Engineering Drawing
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
