What will you do?

In this position you will join our Singapore Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Support projects from initial scoping through detailed design and commissioning and handover across a wide variety of projects, including preparation of technical specifications, reports, and estimates.
• Involved in tender preparation and negotiations with clients to achieve commercially profitable business objectives.
• Engage directly with clients and colleagues to deliver successful outcomes to contribute to work winning and market development.
• Provide client consultation by drawing on professional expertise and deep knowledge of Aurecon’s consultancy services.

What can you bring to the team?

We warmly welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and innovative environment. You will also need the following:

• Bachelors' degree in Mechanical Engineering, with related professional experience in buildings services. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in building services and design are highly encouraged to apply.
• A strong background in building mechanical design within a consulting environment will be advantageous.
• A strong interest in working on innovative, energy efficient and sustainable projects.
• You should be pro-active with the ability to work independently or part of a team and possess good communication skills and business acumen.
• High level of computer literacy and exposure to BIM / Revit will be highly desired, with advanced problem-solving skills through investigation and analysis.
