- Design and specify mechanical systems for data centres and buildings, such as Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and Fire Protection systems
- Prepare relevant documents, design calculations and drawings for submissions to authorities
- Attend client-consultant, site and technical meetings
- Assisting project management and construction supervision
- Review contractors' technical submissions of equipment/materials/drawings
- Conduct site inspections of installations
- Witness testing and commissioning of equipment/system or attending FAT (Factory Accept Test)
- Work with the clients' project team and fellow consultants to coordinate and detail project design requirement
- Be responsible for any duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with M&E Consultancy firm(s)
- Good knowledge of local codes and regulations
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling software
- Positive work attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Enjoy the process of developing design ideas into actual quality installation and validating through performance tests
- Likes hands-on site and testing & commissioning works
- Familiarity in Data Centre industry is preferred
- Suitable applicant with longer relevant experience and deeper technical knowledge will be considered for senior position
