We are seeking a talented and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore, Singapore. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems for a variety of projects in commercial, institutional, and industrial settings.

• Design and develop mechanical systems, including ACMV, plumbing, and other related systems for diverse projects
• Perform complex calculations and analysis to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and REVIT
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other engineering disciplines
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and oversee installation of mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and drafters
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in mechanical engineering
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in building systems design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems design principles
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, including ASHRAE and SMACNA
• Experience with building energy modeling software is preferred
• Knowledge of sustainability standards such as LEED and Net Zero is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Solid project management skills and experience
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
