Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and strategic professional to join our team as a MarTech Business Analyst, Customer Data Platform. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, supporting our Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives. Your expertise will drive the discovery, assessment, and optimization of customer data strategies, ensuring our MarTech stack is positioned for growth and innovation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, enhance data quality, and facilitate seamless integrations that deliver personalized customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Document, review, and assess business requirements mapped to use case activation for FY25 and FY26, translating them into detailed specifications for Adobe RTCDP configurations, data schemas, and activation workflows.
- Design, validate, and document data schemas using Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM) to enhance customer segmentation, real-time activation, and personalized experience orchestration within Adobe RTCDP; proficient in JIRA for project tracking.
- Establish and oversee data governance policies and standards within Adobe RTCDP, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and maintaining data quality through validation rules and consistent data management practices.
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility assessments to identify opportunities for optimizing customer data architecture, workflows, and platform capabilities to meet evolving marketing and analytics needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integration, alignment, and operational workflows within Adobe RTCDP, enabling efficient and effective customer data activation.
- Support local markets in developing comprehensive test cases for end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), covering both successful and edge-case scenarios.
- Partner with local markets to develop and implement standard naming conventions, documentation templates, and standard operating procedures for data management and activation.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role in MarTech, digital marketing, or data-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM), and JIRA.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and data quality management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in developing documentation, standard operating procedures, and supporting UAT processes.
