Job Responsibilities :

As a MarTech Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing technology solutions to enhance overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves leveraging data analytics, managing marketing tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns. Your expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analysis will contribute to data-driven decision-making and the achievement of business objectives. The MarTech Analyst will play a key role in training teams, ensuring data governance, and staying updated on emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to bridge technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Integration: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall marketing performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to derive insights, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to design, implement, and optimize campaigns using various marketing technologies. This may include marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Tool Selection: Stay informed about the latest marketing technologies and trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms that align with business objectives and improve marketing capabilities.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to marketing teams on the effective use of marketing technology tools. Ensure that teams are proficient in leveraging technology to achieve their goals.
  • Data Governance: Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of marketing data. Work with IT and other relevant departments to establish and enforce data standards.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor marketing performance and communicate key insights to stakeholders. Ensure that reports are actionable and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and other relevant departments, to align marketing technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelors degree required, computer science, engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in data analytics and in the ecommerce field
  • Fluent in Python and SQL.
  • Strong hands-on experience, knowledge & proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, DataStudio) and BI visualization software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing technology initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of Marketing Platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SFMC, Tealium)
