Gong is looking to hire our first regional marketing leader to scale our marketing efforts in the APAC market. This role will report to the Senior Director of International Marketing and is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company and market the Gong Revenue AI Platform, which is already seeing strong traction across parts of APAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with the APAC GM to define the regional GTM strategy, country-specific launch roadmaps, and direct versus channel strategies.
  • Build and execute plans which build brand awareness and meet pipeline generation goals in APAC, across a range of channels
  • Work closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure they are informed, engaged and enabled to follow up on leads to maximise conversion to opportunity
  • Tailor existing content and develop new locally relevant content, from thought leadership through to customer case studies, in collaboration with agencies and our centralised content and customer marketing teams
  • Share field feedback and regional insights with our global marketing team
  • Report, analyse and utilise metrics to inform future plans based on results.
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing success in APAC, including full-funnel ownership that generated measurable pipeline and brand lift across at least three markets (e.g. ANZ, SG, JP, KR, IN)
  • Proven people and agency leadership
  • Hands-on experience with sales pipeline activation programs from SMB to larger enterprises across events, ABM, paid search/social, partner co-marketing and other relevant channels.
  • Adept cross-functional and cross-cultural influencer, with fluent English.
