Job Title: Marketing & Creative Assistant Manager
Job-Type: 3-6 Contract
Reports To: Co-founder
Location: Singapore
Role Purpose:
Cove is searching for a proactive and creative Marketing & Creative Assistant Manager to support our growth in Singapore and assist with regional marketing activities. In this role, you’ll contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a strong focus on campaigns, social media, content, and community events.
You’ll be hands-on in managing a small, dynamic team, while working closely with stakeholders across departments. The role requires someone with strong coordination skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver campaigns that drive engagement and inquiries.
Goals/Deliverables:
- Flawless marketing execution across all key channels
- Drive funnel efficiency: assist to constantly improve conversion rates to property viewings and bookings by fine tuning website campaigns and creatives
- Assist Sales Team to meet room bookings and vacancy rate targets through marketing initiatives
- Work collaboratively with Creative Team and Digital Marketing Team to ensure best in class data tracking and reporting
Core Responsibilities:
1. Regional Marketing Execution
- Work with the Co-founder, Sales Manager, and internal teams to align marketing activities with customer needs and business goals
- Collaborate closely with Sales Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for Singapore, Japan and Korea
- Drive funnel efficiency: assist to constantly improve conversion rates to property viewings and bookings by fine tuning campaigns and website creatives
- Coordinate and manage content across customer touchpoints, such as newsletters, community app, and website
2. Creative Development & Management
- Closely assist on the delivery of the Singapore brand strategy, driving distinctiveness and impact and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Ensure regular creative check-ins with the Creative Team to guide output and align on priorities
- Work with the Creative Team and Tech Team to continuously enhance the user experience and visual appeal of our website, app, and customer portals
3. Property & Lifestyle Shoots
- Coordinate with the Sales Team, Property Operations Team, and Operations Team regarding property shoot dates and manpower allocation
- Oversee the shoot process, including preparation and staging
- Ensure end-to-end process of VR Matterport scanning and ensure virtual tours are accurately published on listings
4. Community Engagement & Partnerships
- Plan and organize engaging community events and workshops for tenants, fostering a vibrant living experience
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospecting, and negotiating to onboarding and ongoing relationship management
- Negotiate mutually beneficial terms that align with business goals and strategies
- Help nurture ongoing relationships with key partners
5. Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Lead the execution of Cove’s social media and influencer marketing efforts in Singapore, with support for Regional
- Drive organic social growth with the Social Media Executive, increasing engagement and visibility across platforms
- Oversee the planning and publishing of content that is on-brand, engaging, and relevant to each market
6. Special Projects & Other Tasks
- Coordinate and manage external vendors and suppliers for brand and marketing collaterals
- Oversee and execute ad-hoc VIP tours and staging preparations
What makes you a great fit:
Essential
- An undergraduate degree in any field (business/design related is a bonus)
- Strong academic and professional track record
- 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or creative role, with a good grasp of campaign execution and content production
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Able to communicate clearly and work closely with business stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience working in an early-stage start-up
- Experience managing a team
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
