About the Job:
The Red Hat APAC Enterprise Marketing team is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Programs Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our region. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing strategies across our key verticals (Financial Services, Public Sector, Telco, and Manufacturing) while owning the governance, budgeting, and compliance framework for the team.
This is not just an admin role; it is a "Control Tower" role. You will ensure our marketing investment delivers maximum ROI by managing the fiscal health of our campaigns and supporting our Marketing Leads in executing world-class programs.
What you'll do:
Campaign Execution Support (40%):
Partner with Senior Industry Leads to execute tactical elements of campaigns, including event logistics, webinar operations, and vendor management.
Support the delivery of major regional programs (e.g., Executive Exchanges, FSI Roadshows) by managing timelines, production schedules, and internal stakeholder communications.
Financial Governance & Budget Management (30%):
Own the end-to-end procurement process (Purchase Requisitions to Payment) for the Enterprise team, ensuring 100% compliance with Red Hat global finance policies.
Maintain real-time budget trackers for all industry verticals, ensuring zero overspend and accurate quarterly accruals.
Serve as the primary liaison with APAC Finance and Procurement to unblock vendor payments and contract reviews.
Data, Reporting & ROI (20%):
Manage the "marketing operations hygiene" within Salesforce and Tableau, ensuring all campaigns are tagged and tracked correctly for pipeline reporting.
Produce the monthly Top Accounts performance dashboard, consolidating data from multiple sources to show marketing impact on sales pipeline.
Process Optimization (10%):
Identify bottlenecks in our current operational workflows and implement smoother processes for the wider team.
Act as the "Guardian of Process," ensuring the team adheres to lead management and data privacy standards.
What You Will Bring (Required Skills):
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a Project Management role within a B2B technology environment.
Operational Rigor: Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets, handling procurement systems, and navigating complex internal processes.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in Salesforce (campaign management), spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets mastery is essential), and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Soft Skills:
Structured Thinker: You love checklists, timelines, and accuracy.
Firm but Fair: You are comfortable holding senior team members accountable to deadlines and compliance processes.
Adaptable: Ability to manage requests from multiple stakeholders (Industry Leads for Telco, FSI, etc.) simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
Why This Role Matters: You will be the engine that allows the APAC Enterprise team to run fast. By managing the operational complexity, you free up the Strategy Leads to focus on market growth, while ensuring Red Hat’s investments are safe, compliant, and tracked.
