Direct sales:
· To follow up on the new sign-up students on their trials status
· To update the daily sales report
· To update the trial report link
· To update the trial status
· To send the confirmation and trial reminder to customers
· To follow up the email regarding on the operation and data issue from sales work
BD team support:
· To update the daily report
· To give the operation support to BD team, i.e PR and PO submit, google form management
Marketing team support:
· To update daily marketing reports
· To manage processes that facilitate marketing and campaign execution, from end-to-end to track leads
· To manage the data issue
· To assist in ad-hoc marketing events
