The Marketing Manager will execute marketing strategies, manage sales teams, analyze market trends, and grow client relationships for the company's real estate projects.
Our ideal candidate will be assisting the Head of Sales and Marketing with executing creative, cost effective and practical solutions that create competitive advantages for our company and developments and which result in strong sales performance of our projects. To be successful, you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as possessing in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing tactics.
Together with the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be
- Responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies for the company's existing projects, and leading the launch of new developments to the market to ensure that sales targets are met or surpassed.
- Devising and implementing effective sales strategies by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Support, train and manage sales agent teams to achieve target pricing and sales momentum
- Grow and maintain the firm's pool of direct clients, including dealing with direct enquiries and leads nurturing
- Participating in industry meetings, seminars and conferences.Growing personal and professional networks to stay informed on the real estate industry and increase business opportunities for the company.
- Liaising with lawyers and finance on sales documentation.
Requirements
- 3 - 6 years' experience in marketing and/or sales with a residential real estate developer or real estate agency.
- Possess deep property market insight, salesmanship and performance management
- Able to work quickly, efficiently and prioritise important and urgent tasks to drive sales.
- Desire to grow with Aurum Land and intention to stay for at least 5 years but preferably 10+ years.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and negotiation skills.
- Traits: High energy, thinks and questions, commercially minded, diligent, efficient multi-tasker, inquisitive, loyal, adaptable, sociable, takes pride in their work, cares about the developments and company.
- Ability to speak Mandarin an added advantage
