As Marketing Manager, you will report to the Associate Director, Marketing and will work closely with the wider Marketing and Corporate Communications team, making your mark in a number of ways:
- Lead the implementation and delivery of the regional marketing plans across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and emerging markets, ensuring all activities are aligned with AirTrunk’s business and marketing objectives.
- Lead the planning and delivery of regional events and campaigns that elevate AirTrunk’s presence in existing and new markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric marketing initiatives, sales enablement tools, and community engagement programs.
- Marcomms – Manage the development and execution of regional marcomms activities including (but not limited to) campaigns, collateral, content, video and brand/marketing assets.
- Events – Lead end to end management of regional events including data centre launches, sponsorships, business and industry events.
- Thought-leadership – Raise awareness of AirTrunk and our positioning in local markets with thought-leadership content and strategic campaigns.
- Customer and sales enablement – Partner with customer teams to create and manage sales enablement tools, materials and presentations. Support the rollout of the regional customer engagement plan.
- New markets – Support the implementation of marketing strategies for new market as well as the ongoing marketing plan.
- Digital marketing – Manage AirTrunk’s global website and develop relevant and engaging social media assets.
- Local community engagement – Support the develop of local community and stakeholder messaging and initiatives to strengthen AirTrunk’s social preference to operate.
- Local marketing management – Coordinate local marketing requirements including managing the marketing procurement process, sourcing suppliers and onboarding new AirTrunkers with marketing support.
- Minimum 8-years experience in B2B in Asia with demonstrated experience in marketing communications, account based marketing, events management and digital marketing.
- Experience in technology, data centres, or commercial real estate would be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualified in marketing, or communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in creative develop with proficiency in design software such as Adobe, Canva and In-Design.
- Experience in CMS (WordPress preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders in all levels of seniority.
- A positive and growth mindset, team player, ability to thrive in a past paced environment and manage competing priorities.
