Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, Deliveries to power the next wave of growth for a leading on-demand delivery platform across food, grocery, and express services. This is for someone who thrives in complexity, moves with urgency, and knows how to turn commercial goals into bold, high-impact marketing moments.

Role: 

Lead the Marketing Engine

  • Own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle across multiple delivery and on-demand service verticals — from strategy and creative briefing to execution and optimisation.
  • Translate business priorities into high-impact campaigns that cut through, convert, and scale.
  • Drive market rollouts with speed, precision, and operational excellence.
  • Lead initiatives that shape how millions of users engage with everyday services and experiences.

Turn Business Challenges Into Growth Opportunities

  • Partner directly with Operations and commercial leaders to solve complex business challenges through smart, data-led marketing.
  • Develop initiatives that drive immediate growth while strengthening long-term market positioning.
  • Balance aggressive growth strategies with retention and defensive initiatives across multiple business verticals.
  • Use insights, performance data, and market understanding to influence strategic decision-making

Thrive in the Chaos (and Bring Clarity to It)

  • Operate confidently in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent campaigns and evolving priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product & Marketplace, Growth & Performance Marketing, PR & Public Affairs, Internal Creative Studios, External Agencies & Vendors, and Operations & Business Teams to drive alignment, accelerate execution, and deliver impactful campaigns at scale.
  • Build alignment across stakeholders and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity.
  • Ensure campaigns land with maximum business and customer impact.

Lead with Ownership

  • Oversee and mentor a dedicated marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Manage workload prioritisation across multiple active workstreams and campaigns.
  • Independently lead concurrent projects while balancing speed, creativity, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify risks, solve problems quickly, and keep momentum moving across all initiatives.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, integrated campaigns, or brand strategy
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Strong commercial instinct with the ability to connect marketing efforts to business performance
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills — you know how to influence, align, and move teams forward
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, high-pressure environments with multiple moving pieces
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Experience within tech, platform, delivery, e-commerce, or consumer businesses is a strong plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

Contract Type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract
