As the Marketing Manager, ASEAN, you will execute marketing activities in ASEAN, supporting campaign delivery, distributor enablement, and customer activation.
About You
The Marketing Manager, ASEAN will develop Demand Generation Campaigns, build category campaigns to support category growth ambitions, execute marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
This role reports to the VP – Business Development who is based in Singapore.

What You’ll Be Doing
Develop Demand Generation Campaigns that Align to the Regional Marketing Strategy
- Define relevant audience and overall ‘tone to the market’, working closely with commercial teams and marketing.
- Determine how and where to reach relevant audience: assess and recommend channels, formats, tactics and media mix, and identify best ways to engage with target customers
- Develop and own the media plan (digital and traditional) that will support our growth agenda and strategic objectives
- Assist to shape and develop strategic demand generation campaigns that align to our regional ambition
Build Category Campaigns to Support Category Growth Ambitions
- Partner with BD Managers to define campaign needs for each category in support of their specific growth ambition.
- Lead design and execution of campaign requirements, including (but not limited to) webinars, online campaigns, published booklets
- Work closely with cross functional teams to create a variety of visual content (graphics, videos, digital content, infographics, etc.) that supports marketing campaigns and critical customer activities, including digital content such as landing pages, webinars, social, etc,.
Execute Marketing Campaigns and Customer Engagement Activities
- Implement, and optimize strategic marketing campaigns, including digital brand and demand generation campaigns to drive growth, managing lead agency coordination if required
- Own strategy and brief for marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities: define objective, define customer experience, frames and takes key decisions, defines and tracks KPIs to measure results
- Lead content creation, including design and production of required assets, leading agency coordination if required to execute
- Ensure all content created adheres to brand standards and aligns to overall marketing strategy and objectives
- For major events (including trade shows), manage the programme from start to finish, coordinating project milestones and internal resources, while leading partnership with cross-functional teams (platforms, COE, commercial teams)
Own Media Relations Agenda and Coordinate PR Activity
- Define PR requirements in line with regional marketing strategy
- Own relationship with our external PR agency
- Coordinate response to requested interviews and manage internal approval process
- Track and monitor success and results, as well as competitor activity
EHS
- Perform, maintain and improve the EHS standard and requirements as set by the Company. Participate in the company’s EHS program including training, audit etc, arranged by the company
Location
This role is based in Biopolis, Singapore.
What You’ll have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in managing marketing in a B2B industry.
- Preferred prior experience in the F&B B2B industry or a related B2B sector, with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and customer needs in ASEAN.
- Strong business acumen to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain current and build new key accounts
- Ability to build strong, good relationships with internal peers, sales and marketing, and other support functions to drive business results
- Confidence and self-motivation with unquestionable work habits and ethics
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Positive attitude with ability to handle change
- Good time management
