Job Summary:
- Brand Manager leads the development and execution of the brand plans to drive company growth and profit.
What are we looking for?
- University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Brand Management
- Solid experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in Brand Manager role not less than 1.5 years
- Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time
- Fluent English
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Develop and deploy long-term and short-term strategy to drive portfolio
- Lead annual marketing plan
- Develop activation strategies, communication and promotion plan, pricing strategy, new product launches, and distribution priorities
- Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of products
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, client behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products
