Our customers include leading brands from multiple sectors, including Burger King, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, IHOP, KFC, and Culvers. We are a high growth series B company and quickly expanding our product portfolio to deliver on our vision. We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue.

Values

Here are our Company Values and we’d love to have individuals who can be a culture add to our team!

Grow With Us

If you’re someone who loves making things run smoothly behind the scenes and wants to see how marketing actually works at a fast-growing tech company — this role is for you.

Workstream is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Intern to join our Singapore team on a full-time basis. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations — owning the processes that keep our campaigns moving, our data clean, and our pipeline healthy. From CRM administration and campaign execution to webinar coordination and cross-functional follow-ups, you’ll get real exposure to how a modern B2B marketing engine works.

We’re also a team that embraces AI. You’ll be expected to explore and experiment with AI tools to improve how we work — whether that’s speeding up content production, automating repetitive tasks, or finding smarter ways to analyse campaign data. If you’re excited about the intersection of AI and marketing operations, this is a great place to build that skill set.

This isn’t a “make-coffee-and-take-notes” internship. You’ll own meaningful work from day one.

Day in the Life

  • Learn how a high-growth B2B marketing team runs end-to-end campaigns — from idea to execution to reporting — and build a real understanding of what moves the pipeline.
  • Use AI tools to supercharge your output — prompt LLMs to draft copy, build automations to kill repetitive tasks, and experiment with vibecoding to build small internal and external tools that make the team faster.
  • Actively explore what's possible at the intersection of AI and marketing ops — we encourage you to test new tools, share what you find, and push the boundaries of how we work.
  • Get hands-on with Salesforce (SFDC), one of the most in-demand CRM platforms in the industry — you'll be building and managing campaigns in it from day one.
  • Own webinar events end-to-end: set up registration pages, manage attendee lists, coordinate logistics, and track post-event results.
  • Track campaign outcomes across teams — following up on demos, touchpoints, and key milestones to keep our data sharp and our reps informed.
  • Administer campaign rewards and incentives (gift cards, promotional items) and make sure they reach the right people at the right time.
  • Get your hands dirty with data — auditing lists, cleaning up CRM records, and building the data hygiene habits that make great marketing possible.
  • Help build and launch email campaigns, from writing templates and scheduling sends to analysing open rates, click-throughs, and what's actually resonating.
  • Document your work and build SOPs — so the improvements you make outlast your internship and the whole team benefits.

Who You Are

  • You have actively explored the possibilities of AI and are not a novice to vibecoding.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented — you don’t let things fall through the cracks and you take pride in keeping things accurate.
  • A strong communicator who can liaise confidently across teams, follow up proactively, and adapt your message for different audiences.
  • Comfortable working with data or marketing automation tools; prior exposure to Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner — you enjoy picking up new tools and figuring out how to use them well.
  • You’re outspoken and comfortable to ask questions, push unusual ideas, and even disagree with your superiors.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, and looking for an internship that can result in a full-time job soon after.
  • Willingness to work hard and along flexible working hours to enable collaboration with the US-based teams.

What We Offer

  • Real ownership from day one — you’ll be running processes that the team actually depends on, not just shadowing.
  • Hands-on exposure to the full B2B marketing stack — CRM, email marketing, webinar platforms, campaign management, and more.
  • The freedom and resources to workwith AI tools, including enough tokens to experiment aggressively.
  • A front-row seat to how a high-growth Series B tech company scales its go-to-market operations.
  • Mentorship and close collaboration with experienced marketing and revenue operations professionals.
  • Opportunity to turn this internship into a full-time position based on your impact.
  • A team culture that values curiosity, directness, and getting things done.
  • Strong internship-to-full-time conversion potential for high performers.
  • Hybrid work arrangement based out of our Singapore office.
  • Monthly stipend paid via direct bank transfer.
