Job Description

Note - This will be a 6-month internship based in Singapore; the right to work in Singapore is required. 

 

OneShift and Carousell Autos - Social Media accounts management 

  • Assisting with planning of social media and website content calendar 

  • Daily posting of content (posts and stories) including content strategy, managing comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Photo, video shooting and editing

  • For utilisation in car reviews and events, for website and social media 

  • Creation of reels (portrait format) to be shot on phone, edits to be done on CapCut 

  • Light design work required, e.g. for OneShift and Carousell Autos branding, font, look and feel

Media support 

  • Representation at new car launches and/or events

  • Posting live coverage in the form of stories, polls, post-event article, etc.

  • Arranging test drives and/or RSVP for events 

Editorial support 

  • Curation of content, scripting and writing 

  • May include voiceovers, presentation on camera to be used for content

Marketing support

  • Assisting with conceptualising campaigns and execution

  • Assisting with BAU tasks 

  • Liaising with internal teams / agencies for production of creative assets

  • Competitor analysis on a weekly basis

Other tasks: 

  • Support the Marketing and editorial team with any adhoc tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Interest in the automotive scene and have a drivers’ licence (would be ideal)

  • Good command of English - both in speech and writing 

  • Ability to shoot photos and videos on phone

  • Social media account management 

  • Photo / video shooting and editing

  • Editorial / copywriting 

  • Marketing execution 

  • Camera-facing / appearance in events and videos
