WHO ARE WE?
Chess at Three is a US/ New York based venture capital backed early education company, newly launched in Singapore since August 2023 with strong growth plans. We have three original educational products that cater to children from ages 6 months to 11 years.
- Our signature product Chess at Three, introduces chess to children from the surprising age of three, through fun games and engaging stories. Children become successful chess players while also exploring the foundations of math, strategy and sportsmanship as they journey with a unique cast of characters on an exciting narrative adventure.
- Birchguard Quest is a speech and drama program for children aged 6 to 11, in the form of an educational roleplaying game, that develops creativity, collaboration, communication and leadership skills.
By harnessing the power of stories, Chess at Three’s award winning curriculum has been taught to over 150,000 children in homes, schools, and online around the world. In Singapore, we currently operate lessons in our club in United Square at Novena, or Harbourfront.
What Is the Role:
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in managing our promotional events and roadshows, assisting in their organization, and effectively communicating with parents. Moreover, this role also places significant emphasis on crafting marketing and communication materials about our holiday camps and regular term classes. If you have a passion for event planning, creative content, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on young minds, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and roadshows.
- Manage logistics and ensure events run smoothly.
- Develop eye-catching social media posts, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Capture and create engaging photos and videos for social media and marketing use.
- Craft marketing materials for our holiday camps and term classes.
- Help with customer communications and product promotion across platforms.
- Passion for event planning, marketing, and social media.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity with a good eye for detail in content creation.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.
