More About the Role 
 
Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a vibrant community for IG’s existing trading platform and upcoming investment platform in the Singapore market. 
 
With ambitious expansion goals, your expertise in brand partnerships, events management, and creative campaign execution will shape how we engage with traders and investors—driving both user acquisition and retention for IG in Singapore. 
 
We are building something groundbreaking, and we need someone who can leverage growth campaigns, partnerships, and events to make our brand stand out in a competitive market. 
 
 What You'll Do 
 
Campaign Design & Development 
 

  • Plan, design, and execute monthly marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and retention outcomes. 

  • Translate business objectives into creative marketing initiatives tailored for our products (CFDs and share dealing). 
     
     

Campaign Setup, Tracking & Optimisation 
 

  • Manage campaign setup and monitor performance across digital channels. 

  • Analyse results, optimise performance, and provide actionable recommendations. 
     
     

Performance Reporting 
 

  • Produce weekly reports on acquisition, retention, and campaign KPIs. 

  • Share insights with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team to inform strategy. 
     
     

Events & Engagement Activities 
 

  • Organise events, webinars, and client engagement activities that drive awareness and support business goals. 

  • Coordinate logistics, partners, and promotional efforts for seamless execution. 
     
     

Collaboration & Partnerships 
 

  • Work closely with content creators, affiliates, and external agencies to design and execute integrated campaigns. 
     
     

What You'll Need For This Role 
 

  • 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a tech company. 

  • Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business. 

  • Experience in multi-channel campaign planning across various media platforms. 

  • Interest or working knowledge of financial news, trading, or investment products. 

  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. 

  • Strong analytical mindset and data literacy 

  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis) to support campaign tracking and reporting 

  • A collaborative team player who excels in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. 

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills 

Bonus if you have:

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s retail investing landscape and key user segments.

  • Knowledge of regulated financial services or MAS guidelines.
