Your Role

Gensler’s Singapore office is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. Marketing Coordinators are the key producers of materials that support Gensler’s direct business development efforts. They work under the direction of the studio director and the regional marketing director to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm win work. They may also support other general activities, such as PR and knowledge management, etc.

What You Will Do

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Work with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral, aligned with brand standards
  • Develop new materials to support business development activities, as needed
  • Perform multiple marketing efforts to meet frequent deadlines
  • Develop a deep understanding of Gensler’s portfolio of work, practice areas, and Firmwide capabilities
  • Write case stories and resumes
  • Maintain resources & information systems: ordering materials, updating project documentation, resumes, and image libraries
  • Coordinate other responsibilities, as assigned
  • Being an integrated Marketing Team member

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content (copy, graphics, short videos) in collaboration with PR & Marketing teams.
  • Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize performance and inform strategy.
  • Stay current on social media trends and best practices in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience for a design or professional services firm
  • Degree in Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create effective presentations and other marketing collateral
  • Self-motivated with intra-personal skills, and a great team-player
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines at a time
  • Ability to work with diverse project teams in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong graphic communication and design skills
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X)
  • Basic HTML editing
  • Proficiency in video production and editing is a plus
