About the Role
Circles is hiring a Marketing Campaign Associate to support the execution of growth-driving campaigns across digital, brand partnerships, offline activations, and Gen-Z–focused social channels. This role plays a key part in building unaided awareness, cultural relevance, and social proof for Circles.Life among Gen-Z and millennial audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Social Content & Forums
Support development of Gen-Z–native social content to build unaided brand awareness on platforms such as TikTok and Lemon8 on top of Instagram
Support development of social-centric content for paid social ads and the website
Support with forum and community seeding across platforms such as Reddit and HardwareZone
Ensure content aligns with Circles.Life’s evolving tone of voice and brand personality
Monitor sentiment and engagement to inform future messaging
Campaigns & Brand Partnerships
Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and offline channels
Assist with campaign briefs, timelines, asset management, and internal coordination
Support the sourcing, coordination, and management of brand partnerships aligned with Gen-Z and millennial lifestyles
Track campaign performance and compile post-campaign insights
Events & Offline Activations
Support planning and execution of physical pop-ups and offline activations, including partnerships with lifestyle spaces and venues
Coordinate Circles.Life-branded zones featuring experiential activities aligned with audience insights
Manage logistics such as timelines, asset production, and on-ground coordination
Support post-event reporting, capturing engagement metrics, qualitative feedback, and content outputs
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor performance across campaigns, partnerships, events, and social content
Support reporting on reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, and brand health signals
Contribute insights and recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in marketing, campaigns, partnerships, brand, or social roles
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of Gen-Z and millennial digital behaviors and cultural trends
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Proactive self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with partnerships, events, pop-ups, or offline activations
Familiarity with TikTok, Lemon8, Reddit, Instagram and online forums
Good understanding of performance and brand metrics
Ability to perform light creative edits using Canva, Figma, or similar tools
Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini) for ideation or efficiency
Background in tech, telco, or digital-first consumer brands is a plus
