Your Adventure Ahead

  • Organize and coordinate communication materials for marketing campaigns across various platforms, including ShopBack App & Web, CRM, social media, and external paid channels.
  • Create compelling content and manage our brands' social media accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing programs, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
  • Schedule onsite assets and ensure optimal exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team.
  • Manage and maintain assets on various platforms, including the ShopBack App and Web.
  • Investigate and proactively resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • Optimize platform assets, regularly analyze website performance and data, and share key insights and learnings with the internal marketing team.
  • Support UI/UX enhancement projects and digital touchpoints to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Take on additional ad hoc projects as necessary to support marketing initiatives.

Essentials to Succeed

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with stakeholders in the market.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with channel partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create compelling content and manage social media accounts effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to address operational issues efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive & Agile working mentality 
  • Candidates with advanced Excel skills are preferred.
