Job Description

Team Summary

The Marketing team in Singapore will support campaigns and partnerships to grow Visa’s overall brand equity with consumers, such as cardholders and businesses. What a Client Marketing Analyst does at Visa:

The individual will support in delivering strategic and tactical marketing value to our key clients by actively promoting VISA’s Marketing Value Added Services and Solutions. Working closely with his/her manager, regional Marketing teams, the Sales team as well as Visa’s Consulting teams, the Analyst will support and deliver unique solutions to drive growth for Visa and our clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deepen client partnerships and support in new revenue streams generation by providing Marketing Value Added Services (VAS) including marketing insight, marketing strategy, creative services, marketing execution, and marketing consulting services.
  • Support the day-to-day management of Marketing VAS client engagements and project proposals in partnership with the respective Business Development and Account Leads.
  • Manage and report the revenue pipeline, project status, successes and challenges related to Marketing Value Added Services.
  • Oversee all administrative deliverables related to client marketing project management and VAS including but not limited to marketing approvals, procurement processes, contract management and VIK process management in full compliance with Visa’s policy and process.
  • Ensure timely executions and deliverables from agencies and vendors as well as proper documentation and paperwork across the whole project lifecycle.
  • Open communication between partners and vendors to ensure that work is execution and implemented accurately.

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • 6+ years of proven experience of in the Financial, Payments or Technology industry.
  • Candidates with agency experience will be preferred. Ability to manage client stakeholders; including prospecting, pitching, scoping, implementing and overall client relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders; such as Account Executives, cross-functional teams in SG
  • Ability to translate business goals into marketing objectives, creative development and media strategy
  • Past experience with social, experiential and/ or B2B marketing will be a bonus
  • Ensure overall smooth execution of campaign, including timely handovers from partners and vendors, and paperwork submission
  • Great attitude and a keen lifelong learner
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills with tons of drive and energy
  • Proactive thinker, problem solver and desire to take risks to test and learn
