As a Market Sales Assistant within the Local Market Sales team, you'll serve as a vital resource for the front office and client-facing stakeholders. You'll act as the liaison between the business, control partners, and operations. Your role includes monitoring trade execution flow (including bond trades flow), investigating inquiries, and covering client inquires on various Fixed Income products. It's also important to prepare various regulatory reporting on a regular basis, and the fundamental understanding of our trading platforms and systems. You are expected to provide and communicate solutions (in person, by phone, and by email) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Please note that certain tasks associated with this role may involve licensed activities, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements will be expected.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globally
- Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps
- Ensure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries
- Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and the front office
- Work with the business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, schedule of releases, and detail of the requirements for future enhancements/products
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies
- Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and the ability to execute on assignments independently
- A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism
- Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business
- Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Finance background with sound technical and business knowledge
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
