Lead end-to-end central market access projects from conception to evaluation; coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders; design innovative reimbursement and insurance access strategies; and build relationships with payers, HTA bodies, patient groups, and providers.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of central market access projects, from conception through implementation and evaluation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Market Access, Commercial, and external stakeholders
- Drive innovative market access projects, e.g, novel reimbursement models, commercial insurance access pathways
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including payers, health technology assessment bodies, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, health economics, or related healthcare field
- Proven track record of successful project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
