Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) for Swift/Altair Manufacturing to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.

• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.

• Plans and administers manufacturing procedures and budgets.

• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

• Selects, develops, trains and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with preferably 3-5 years of related job and supervisory experience. Related industry experience will be advantageous

• Analytical skills to resolve technical problems and perform data analysis. Optics knowledge is advantageous

• Excellent communication, cross-function collaboration, teamwork, presentation, and people skills are required.

• This role involves managing a team that starts work at 6:00 AM; flexibility to provide occasional early morning support is required

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 1 years
