Job Description

Responsible for providing technical support to instruments manufacturing line and meeting product yield and quality target. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) /Technology transfer projects. Support alternate sourcing, cost saving, in-sourcing and site improvement projects. Develop, update Work Instructions(WI) and conduct process training.

  • Responsible for product yield and quality

  • Provide technical support to production

  • Support product transfer, NPI, cost saving and alternate sourcing projects

  • Support Industry 4.0 project

  • Conduct RMA/DOA evaluations

  • Create, update WIs and train production technicians

  • Ensure up-to-date engineering records, BOMs, routings, work instructions and ISO documents

  • Support ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 audits

  • Improve site Safety through hazard identification and prevention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in EEE.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry and specifically in Analytical instruments manufacturing.

  • Experience in NPI and Product transfers
