- Establish manufacturing procedures and proper documentation control.
- Build new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program, and Tool/Gauge plan with Siemens NX.
- Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deployment.
- Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedback
- Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion.
- Initiate continuous improvement activities to existing manufacturing system and its related processes.
- Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs.
- Put up justification for capital expenditure (CAPEX).
- Shopfloor Support – Andon Rectification, SRR/PPM Reduction, Real Time Problem Resolution, Machine Utilization
- Transition Project
- Business Units New Product Development
- Incorporating Engineering Change
- Non Product Improvement Support (Toolings/Expenses)
Qualification & Requirement:
- Degree in an Engineering discipline (Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material).
- At least 5 years of experiences in relevant skills, industry(precision manufacturing, aerospace related industry)
- Preferred Skills (if any):
- Demonstrate high level of attention to details.
- Ability to be Flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to analyze information and quickly solve problems.
- Experience with metrology standards and equipment.
- Basic MS Excel, Word skills.
