The Manager, Transformation is responsible for leading and delivering high‑impact transformation initiatives across the business, with a strong emphasis on execution, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
This role works independently and is accountable for translating enterprise and Asia transformation priorities into practical initiatives that leverage AI, data, automation, and digital capabilities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and scalability.
Acting as a trusted transformation partner to senior leaders, this role engages directly with Heads of Function and C‑level stakeholders, working closely with Technology and regional Centres of Excellence to shape solutions, challenge assumptions, and ensure fit‑for‑purpose delivery.

The Opportunity

You will be leading and delivering high‑impact transformation initiatives across the business, with a strong emphasis on execution, adoption, and measurable outcomes. You will be working independently and is accountable for translating enterprise and Asia transformation priorities into practical initiatives that leverage AI, data, automation, and digital capabilities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and scalability.

You will be acting as a trusted transformation partner to senior leaders, this role engages directly with Heads of Function and C‑level stakeholders, working closely with Technology and regional Centres of Excellence to shape solutions, challenge assumptions, and ensure fit‑for‑purpose delivery.

Your New Role

Transformation Delivery & Outcomes

  • Lead and deliver end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, with approximately 70–80% focus on hands‑on delivery, from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI, data, automation, and digital solutions can materially improve business outcomes
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear initiatives with defined scope, delivery plans, success measures, and realized benefits

Partnering with Technology & Center of Excellence (CoE)

  • Partner closely with Technology teams and regional team for AI, Data Analytics, Robotics, Digital to shape solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned to business needs
  • Provide strong business and transformation input into solution design, challenging proposed approaches where they are unfit, overly complex, or misaligned to operational realities
  • Bridge the gap between business intent and technology execution, ensuring solutions deliver real value—not just technical outputs

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Function and C‑suite leaders, to influence priorities, decisions, and trade‑offs
  • Act as a trusted advisor on transformation topics, balancing strategic ambition with pragmatic execution
  • Build strong working relationships across business and support functions to enable delivery without direct authority

Change, Adoption & Sustainability

  • Own the full change lifecycle for initiatives, including impact assessment, readiness planning, communication, training, go‑live support, and post‑implementation stabilization
  • Ensure new processes, tools, and ways of working are embedded and adopted, with clear ownership and accountability in the business

Governance, Reporting & Accountability

  • Operate within established Asia transformation governance, ensuring transparency of progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits
  • Be accountable for delivery quality, timeliness, and achievement of agreed outcomes, including productivity uplift, cost savings, service improvement, and customer/partner impact
  • First line of accountability for Singapore and extended Asia agenda where needed

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong experience in transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or change delivery roles
  • Proven track record delivering complex business initiatives using AI, data, automation, or digital solutions
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations, engaging senior stakeholders across functions
  • Background in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong understanding of AI, data-driven solutions, automation, and digital transformation concepts enables effective identification and evaluation of opportunities to leverage technology in business processes.
  • Ability to conceptualize how emerging technologies can address business challenges, even without direct involvement in technical solution design, helps translate technological advancements into practical strategies for organizational improvement.
  • Being comfortable challenging solution designs, asking relevant questions, and refining delivery approaches ensures solutions are effective, align with business objectives, and foster continuous improvement throughout project delivery.
