- Measure and analyze the sample order profile across the supply base and maintain alignment with the rough-cut capacity plan (RCCP)
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and regional offices to review product specifications and challenges, determine sample allocation to service providers, and ensure on-time delivery, optimal quality and cost efficiency.
- Analyze allocation outcomes to identify opportunities and improvement in the upcoming buy releases
- Validate service providers' capacities with production operation team support, partner with Supply Operations and Production Operations teams to balance actual orders and execute an agreed monthly production plan
- Recommend product / sample transfers after careful consideration of capacity and capability constraints, landed cost, product mix, fill-rate priorities and responsible sourcing requirements to optimize sourcing decisions
- Communicate product transfer lists and resolve related issues promptly
- Assess product trends (difficulty and complexity level) and make recommendations on the capability ramp up plans for service providers; follow up closely with Production Operations on execution
- Support seasonal and sub calendars for all business initiatives, collaborations and special projects.
- Leverage digital planning tools and analytics platforms to enhance sample allocation accuracy, and support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using agile and Lean methodologies to streamline sample workflows, and improve cross-functional alignment.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor sample allocation performance, enabling data-driven decisions and early identification of risks.

- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
- 5 years working experience in planning in supply chain, preferable in handbag, footwear or fashion products industries
- Travel is required
- Experience in sample planning or allocation is highly desirable . Strong analytical and data modelling skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Proficiency in digital planning tools and systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, advanced Excel).
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions and geographies
- Strong data modelling and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely
