Job Description

At Sia, we are redefining the consulting landscape. As the pioneers of Consulting 4.0, we integrate AI-driven solutions and innovative methodologies to deliver tangible results for our clients. Our Singapore office is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead transformative projects in the Financial Services industry. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced consulting manager with a strong track record of delivery and credibility, who is eager to build and grow a part of the financial services consulting business, with the ambition to pursue the partnership track.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting Leadership

  • Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for clients in the banking and insurance sectors, delivering high-quality solutions that address complex business challenges.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.

Business Development

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the financial services industry.

  • Develop and present compelling proposals, leveraging Sia Partners' methodologies and expertise to win new business.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Sia Partners as a strategic partner in clients' transformation journeys.

Thought Leadership

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Contribute to Sia Partners' knowledge base by developing thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and articles.

  • Represent Sia Partners at industry events and forums, enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation in the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial services
  • 3-4 Years of consulting experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry(Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Corporate & Investment Banking etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisive, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
